Booking *Fill-in appointments are scheduled 2 to 3 weeks after your full set appointment, anything later than 3 weeks will be considered a full set. Cancellation Policy *Since your appointment is reserved especially for you, Flourish & Bloom requests at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Refunds *Flourish and Bloom is unable to offer refunds for any services given but will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with a service please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment. Your Appointment *Do not wear any eye makeup or drink caffeine right before your appointment. This will prevent proper application of the extensions. *If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will have to reschedule for a different day.
